How do you upgrade?
We will give you a new SQL file if you’re using an older version, such as v2.1. This will allow you to upgrade to v2.2 without any problems. We recommend that you make a backup of all your WHMCS data prior to doing any work.
Do I need to upload a PHP file?
No. Our KB doesn’t use any PHP files. You will need to upload our KB SQL file and an image folder.
Images can have a custom watermark logo.
Yes. If your logo is not provided in the order form, we will use text watermark with your Company Name.
Do you allow me to add my own article after I have installed your KB?
Yes. You can add articles to our KB without any issues.
If I upgrade my PreMadeKB then articles that were written by me will be deleted?
No. Our KB upgrades only our KB. They do not impact your articles.
You can upgrade for free for 6 months. What happens after 6 months?
After six months, we will only provide Fix/Patch for a life time, but an Upgrade Subscription will be required.
Upgrades are expensive.
Experts write articles and we must pay money to our editors, grammar-checkers, and other people who help us add useful articles to this site. Without money, we won’t be able to update. $15 is a very small fee for 1 year, so it will be counted as a contribution/donation to PreMadeKB Team.
